Payment & Fees

• Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment and ensure smooth service.
   
• For boarding or daycare stays, your account will be billed accordingly. If your pet is picked up later than scheduled, we may need to charge for an additional day of daycare or boarding to cover the extra time.
   
• Late fees may apply for overdue balances or late pick-ups ($10/day starting the day after the due date).
   
• Pets may be held at our facility until outstanding balances are settled. We’ll work with you to ensure everything is handled smoothly!
   

Pet Requirements

• All dogs and cats must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations.
   
• Dogs should arrive clean and ready to play.
   
• You’re welcome to bring your pet’s regular dry food if needed, but please no outside snacks or treats. We offer gourmet meals and dry food options to suit your pet’s needs, ensuring they have the best dining experience while with us.
   

Refunds & Credits

• Services are non-refundable.
   
• Merchandise refunds are issued as store credit within 72 hours of purchase.
   

Photos & Videos

• By using our services, you agree that photos and videos of your pets may be used for marketing and social media purposes.
   

Operating Hours

• Monday – Saturday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
   
• Sunday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
   

Accommodations

• We try to accommodate special requests; some may incur a small fee.
   

Consultations

• Consultations are required before booking services. If skipped, an in-house consultation fee may apply.
   

Cancellation Policy

• Kindly provide 24-hour notice if you need to cancel—this helps us accommodate other pets.
   

Conduct & Liability

• Pet owners are responsible for any damage their pets may cause during their visit.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service to pets who are aggressive, unvaccinated, or pose a safety risk.
   

Emergency & Veterinary Care

• In case of emergencies, we will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact.
   
• If unreachable, we may seek veterinary care at our discretion; all expenses are the owner’s responsibility.
   
• We do our best to ensure a safe, healthy environment for your pet. We are not responsible for illness, injury, or death except in cases of proven negligence.
   

Liability & Waiver

• By using our services, you release The Nosey Dog Care Company and staff from liability for injury, loss, illness, or death of your pet except in cases of gross negligence.
