The Nosey Dog Care Company

Payment & Fees

• Payment is required before services are rendered.
   
• Late fees may apply for overdue balances and late pick-ups. A $10/day late fee applies to overdue balances starting the day after the due date.
   
• Pets may be held at our facility until outstanding balances are paid.
   

Pet Requirements

• All dogs and cats must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations.
   
• Dogs must be clean upon arrival.
   
• No food or snacks allowed outside of dry food provided at the establishment.
   

Refunds & Credits

• No refunds on services.
   
• Refunds on merchandise only, issued as store credit within 72 hours of purchase.
   

Photos & Videos

• Photos and videos of your pets may be used without prior permission for media, marketing, and social media.
   

Operating Hours

• Monday - Saturday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
   
• Sunday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
   

Accommodations

• We make accommodations to serve you and your pet; however, a fee may apply.
   

Consultations

• Consultations are required before booking. If skipped, an in-house consultation fee may be charged.

Cancellation Policy

• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations for all dogs and cats.
   

Conduct & Liability

• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to property, staff, or other animals.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service to pets who are aggressive, unvaccinated, or pose a safety risk.
   

Emergency & Veterinary Care

• In case of medical emergencies, we will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact.
   
• If unreachable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at our discretion.
   
• All veterinary expenses will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
   
• We are not liable for illness, injury, or death unless caused by proven negligence.
   

Liability & Waiver

• By using our services, you release The Nosey Dog Care Company and staff from liability for injury, loss, illness, or death of your pet except in cases of gross negligence.
