Payment & Fees

• Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment and before services are rendered.
   
• Late fees may apply for overdue balances or late pick-ups ($10/day starting the day after the due date).
   
• Pets may be held at our facility until outstanding balances are paid.
   

Pet Requirements

• All dogs and cats must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations.
   
• Dogs should arrive clean and ready to play.
   
• You may bring your pet’s regular dry food if needed, but please no gourmet treats, snacks, or outside food — we provide dry food as appropriate.
   

Refunds & Credits

• Services are non-refundable.
   
• Merchandise refunds are issued as store credit within 72 hours of purchase.
   

Photos & Videos

• Photos and videos of your pets may be used for marketing and social media.
   

Operating Hours

• Monday – Saturday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
   
• Sunday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
   

Accommodations

• We try to accommodate special requests; some may incur a small fee.
   

Consultations

• Consultations are required before booking services. If skipped, an in-house consultation fee may apply.
   

Cancellation Policy

• Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations.
   

Conduct & Liability

• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service to pets who are aggressive, unvaccinated, or pose a safety risk.
   

Emergency & Veterinary Care

• In case of emergencies, we will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact.
   
• If unreachable, we may seek veterinary care at our discretion; all expenses are the owner’s responsibility.
   
• We are not liable for illness, injury, or death unless caused by proven negligence.
   

Liability & Waiver

• By using our services, you release The Nosey Dog Care Company and staff from liability for injury, loss, illness, or death of your pet except in cases of gross negligence.
