We're open Monday-Saturday from 6:00am to 8:00pm and Sundays from 7:30am to 5:00pm. All clients are required to complete a one-time consultation before scheduling services. If you book services without having the consultation first, an in-house fee will apply. We prioritize punctuality and cleanliness for your furry loved ones. Please note that late pickups will incur a late fee, but we're always here to accommodate your needs. Ensure your furry friend is thoroughly cleaned during their visit, or allow us to handle this for you. Before you take your dog home, please ensure that payment has been made in advance. If payment is not received, your dog will remain with us until the full amount is settled, and a late fee will be applied for each day that payment is outstanding. At The Nosey Dog Care Company, we dedicate ourselves to providing our clients with excellent and reliable pet care services. While we are confident in the quality of our services, we recognize that unexpected situations may arise, requiring schedule adjustments. Therefore, we have implemented a flexible rescheduling policy that permits clients to modify their appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Please note that all service sales are final; however, clients can reschedule their appointments. Our goal is to ensure that our clients and their furry family members are satisfied with our services and merchandise every step of the way. To expedite the processing of your merchandise refund in the form of store credit, we kindly request that all merchandise be returned by customers within 48 hours of receipt. Additionally, we provide clients with 60 days to utilize their in-house credit with us; otherwise, their credit will expire. While we do not allow customers to bring refrigerated food or accept returns on meals and snacks for health and safety reasons, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our terms and conditions may change at any time without notice. Please be aware that during your furry loved one's visit or session, we may record and capture images of them. These cherished photos and videos may be used across various platforms, including social media, the internet, print, radio, and more, without prior permission. Furthermore, when clients book or inquire about our services using our email or contact form, they will automatically opt in as a subscriber.
