At The Nosey Dog Care Company, we dedicate ourselves to providing our clients with excellent and reliable pet care services. While we stand behind the quality of our services, we understand that sometimes things come up and schedules need to be adjusted. That's why we have a flexible rescheduling policy that allows our clients to make changes at least 24 hours before their appointment. Please note that all sales are final except for clients who must reschedule. Our goal is to ensure that our clients and their furry family members are  satisfied with our services every step of the way. In order to expedite the processing of your refund in the form of store credit, we kindly request that all merchandise be returned by customers within 48 hours of receipt. While we do not accept returns on snacks for health and safety reasons, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Get the best dog care services at The Nosey Dog Care Company! We're open Monday-Saturday from 6:00am to 8:00pm and Sundays from 7:30am to 5:00pm. At The Nosey Dog Care Company, we prioritize punctuality and cleanliness for your furry loved ones. Please note that late pickups may incur a fee, but we're always here to accommodate your needs. Remember to make sure your furry friend is squeaky clean during their visit, or let us take care of it for you. Prior to taking back your dog, please ensure that the payment has been made in advance; should the payment be outstanding, your dog will be kept until the full amount is received, and there will be a late fee per day. Kindly be informed that during the visit of your beloved furry companions, we may record and capture images of them. Our precious photos and videos might be utilized on various platforms, including social media, the internet, print, radio, etc., without prior permission. Further, when clients book or inquire about our services using our email or contact form, they will automatically opt in as a subscriber.
